Are reservations required?

Yes.

What facilities are there?

Our facilities include a dump station, propane station, general store, laundry facilities, bathhouses, Wi-Fi access, and a pool.

What recreational activities are available?

We offer a variety of activities, including a playground, basketball court, game room, a fishing pond, and a pool for relaxation and fun.

Do you have swimming pools?

Yes, we have one.

Can I bring a golf cart or ATV?

Personal golf carts allowed with proof of insurance. ATVs are not permitted.

How old do you have to be to make a reservation?

Primary campers must be at least 21 years old with valid ID.

What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% of the reservation amount will be collected 14 days before arrival.

Cancellations Made 14+ Days Before Arrival: 50% of your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of Arrival: The entire deposit will be forfeited.

Holiday Reservations: Non-Refundable: Deposits for reservations on holidays or holiday weekends are non-refundable under any circumstances. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date will result in cancellation of your reservation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

What documentation do I need for check-in?

Regular stays: Basic identification Extended stays (30+ days): Valid government-issued ID, current RV/trailer insurance, and golf cart insurance (if applicable).

What are your payment methods?

You can pay with a debit card or credit card.

How early can I book a reservation?

Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance.

Do you offer WiFi?

Yes, WiFi access is available throughout the campground.

What is your guest policy?

Day visitors must register at the office and depart by 10pm. Additional fees may apply for visitors.

What if there is an emergency after office hours?

For emergencies call our after-hours number (provided upon check-in).

What if I arrive after the office is closed?

Late arrivals must be arranged in advance. Contact our office to receive after-hours check-in instructions.

What are your office hours?

Sunday and Monday are closed
Tuesday -Thursday 11am-3pm
Friday-Saturday 11am-7pm.

Camping Guidelines

CHECK-IN between 2 pm and 7 pm.

CHECK-OUT by 11 am. Inquire at the office for Late Checkout availability.

REGISTRATION - All guests and visitors must be registered at the office. There is a $10.00 daily charge for visitors over 3 years of age.

PETS - Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets and present updated vaccination records. Pets must be on a leash at all times. You must pick up after your pet. No pets are allowed in the rental units, pool area, or at large events.

TRAVEL WITHIN PARK - The speed limit is 5 mph throughout the park. No gas-powered scooters or gas golf carts are allowed. Walking, biking, driving, or parking through/on other's campsites is prohibited. Please use roadways, access paths, and public parking. Be respectful of other camper's privacy. Please do not park on the sides of the road or obstruct traffic.

EMERGENCY - Dial 911. Know your site number & the address below. Call 845 428-8574 and our staff will assist you inmeaditly.

CURFEW - Children under 18 must be on their site by 10 pm or must be accompanied by a parent, this includes travel to and from the restrooms. Children are not allowed to tent without an adult.

POOLS - Swim suits must be worn. No diapers. No glass containers or alcohol within the pool. No food inside the pool area. No smoking within the pool area. No pets in or around the pool area (including grass area outside of fence). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult within the pool fence. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Obey all postings at the pool.

TRASH - Please dispose of all trash in the designated dumpsters and keep your site clean. Do not leave bagged trash at your campsite.

FIRE - Fires are only permitted in the existing pits on the site. Never leave a fire burning unattended. Fires ash and cinders should be contained within the pit. No wood is to be brought onto the property without consent from management. Absolutely no nails, metal or glass is to be burned in or around pits. Fires are to be fully extinguished by midnight.

QUIET TIME - is from 11 pm to 8 am. All radios and music players should be completely off between these hours. Golf carts should be parked back at sites no later than midnight.

CONDUCT - Obscene language, disorderly conduct, possessing / selling / using illegal drugs will not be tolerated. Firearms are not allowed on the premises. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.

TREES - Do not tie ropes or strings to trees. No defacing, cutting or driving nails or screws into trees. No hammocks in trees unless with 2-inch straps (no ropes). Leave nature in better condition than when you arrived.

Is there a limit to the number of RVs, tents, or people per site?

Yes, limits vary by site type. Standard RV sites accommodate one RV and up to six people. For tent sites, a maximum of two tents is allowed per site, with additional tents subject to an extra nightly fee.Maximum 6 people per tent site.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we are pet-friendly! Pets must be registered at check-in and accompanied by valid vaccination records.

Where is Willowemoc Campgrounds located?

We're located at 30 Willowemoc Rd, Livingston Manor, NY 12758, just 2 hours from NYC in the western Catskills.

How do I make a reservation for my stay?

Reservations can be made by calling us at 845-668-4570 or by booking directly through our website.

When does the camping season start and end?

Our camping season runs from May 1st to October 15th each year.

What types of camping accommodations do you offer?

We offer seasonal RV sites, short-term RV sites, and tent sites.
